Bookkeeping for Non-Accountants

The North Central Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Central Lakes College is partnering with Pine County HRA-EDA and the cities of Hinckley, Pine City, and Sandstone to offer a new Pine County Small Business Series this fall. The no-cost workshop series is designed to provide entrepreneurs and small business owners with practical tools and guidance to help them start, manage, transition, and grow their businesses.

All workshops will be held at the Pine County Courthouse and are open to current and aspiring business owners. Participants can register online at www.northcentralsbdc.com/workshops-and-events.

Bookkeeping for Non-Accountants on September 17 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., led by North Central SBDC Professional Business Consultant Pam Thomsen. This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners without an accounting background and will cover financial literacy basics, tracking expenses, invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, and using financial statements to make stronger business decisions.
